Therapy

Therapy can be particularly helpful for individuals who have experienced trauma, struggle with depression, or suffer from anxiety. Through therapy, individuals can learn to process and manage difficult emotions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and work towards healing and recovery. A trained therapist can provide support and guidance throughout this process.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a type talk therapy that has been proven to be effective in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety,, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). C helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their symptoms. By learning new coping skills and strategies, individuals can improve their overall quality of life and reduce the impact of their mental health condition.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness has numerous benefits for both the mind and body. It can reduce and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and enhance overall well-being. Practicing mindfulness regularly can also lead to better sleep, increased self-awareness, and improved relationships with others. By taking the time to be present and fully engaged in the present moment, individuals can experience a greater sense of calm and clarity in their daily lives.

As a Christian African American with Caribbean descent, I am proud to serve individuals from all walks of life, aged 16 to 99, in Florida. I accept private pay and insurances from Oscar Health, United Health, Oxford, Cigna, and Aetna. My mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone feels valued and respected.
